Wanted: Jawbone of an Ass for Israel
He accomplished this with his Iran nuclear deal. It’s great that he secured the release of five American prisoners as a part of the deal. But, “Has he made a Deal with the Devil?”
For
what will it profit a man if he gains the whole world, and loses his
own soul? Or what will a man give in exchange for his soul? For whoever
is ashamed of Me and My words in this adulterous and sinful generation,
of him the Son of Man also will be ashamed when He comes in the glory of
His Father with the holy angels. (Mark 8:36-38)
Quick History
During
ancient bible time the area know today as Iran was once part of the
Parthian Empire (c.150 BC-227 AD). This was a vast region that included
modern-day Turkey. This was a huge area full of Philistines that
oppressed the Jewish people.
And Samson said, With the jawbone of an ass, heaps upon heaps, with the jaw of an ass have I slain a thousand men. (Judges 15:16)
The sad part is… Iran still gets to keep its nuclear program with a limited; albeit antique, amount of centrifuges. All this means is that it will take them a ‘little’ longer to use a Nuclear BOMB!!
On top of this: It also makes Shi’ite Iran the major competitor for leadership in the Muslim world, second only to Turkey.
Satan’s Perversion
We need a president that does more than say they are Christian. We need leadership that reads, believes, and practices what the Bible Teaches. In the following verse we could just insert Obama instead of Peter.
But
He turned and said to Peter, “Get behind Me, Satan! You are an offense
to Me, for you are not mindful of the things of God, but the things of
men.” (Matthew 16:23)

peaceful people, who dwell safely, all of them dwelling without walls,
and having neither bars nor gates’— to take plunder and to take booty,
to stretch out your hand against the waste places that are again
inhabited, and against a people gathered from the nations, who have
acquired livestock and goods, who dwell in the midst of the land. Sheba,
Dedan, the merchants of Tarshish, and all their young lions will say to
you, ‘Have you come to take plunder? Have you gathered your army to
take booty, to carry away silver and gold, to take away livestock and
goods, to take great plunder?’”’ (Ezekiel 38:1-13)

In fact: Afghanistan hopes that Obama’s Nuclear deal with Iran will restore status quo in the region. Afghanistan has renewed hope that Obama’s Iran deal will free them from the economic and territorial grip of Pakistan as their only trade and transit route.
How does this effect Israel’s somewhat secret alliance with Saudi Arabia? In November, 2015 Israel’s Mossad and Saudi officials were said to be working on contingency plans. This could include attacking Iran if the sanctioned nuclear program doesn’t work. Revealing that the Saudis are willing to assist an Israeli air corridor attack by the mutual use of drones, rescue helicopters, and tanker planes.
Shh.. It’s a Secret!
Walls consisting of two high fences, 300 feet apart with monitoring towers, underground motion detection, command centers, mobile surveillance vehicles, rapid-response centers, and rapid intervention squads.
Most Muslims are divided into two major camps; each with their own practices. The two sides are Shi’ite, who are radical fundamentalist and the Sunni, who are not as radical.
The Saudi Arabians are Sunni and most of Iran is Shi’ite. The Shi’ite are trying to jump-start the apocalypse to usher in their Mahdi. Mahdi or the “guided one” is their assumed redeemer of Islam (Antichrist).
Incidentally, (Ezekiel 38:11) tells us that the nation which comes under attack has unwalled villages. This is obviously not Saudi Arabia but it does point to the territorial Jewish minority of Israel.
Back on track
You may ask, “Then who or what is Sheba and Dedan, and the merchants of Tarshish (and all of their young lions)” in (Ezekiel 38:13).
Sheba,
Dedan, the merchants of Tarshish, and all their young lions will say to
you, ‘Have you come to take plunder? Have you gathered your army to
take booty, to carry away silver and gold, to take away livestock and
goods, to take great plunder? (Ezekiel 38:13)
The sons of Cush were Seba, Havilah, Sabtah, Raamah, and Sabtechah; and the sons of Raamah were Sheba and Dedan. (Genesis 10:7)
Saudi Arabia is not necessarily from the lineage of Ishmael. The following verse shows us that the Saudis come from the Sheba and Dedan who were the grandsons of Keturah, the second wife of Abraham.
Abraham again took a wife, and her name was Keturah. And she bore him Zimran, Jokshan, Medan, Midian, Ishbak, and Shuah. Jokshan begot Sheba and Dedan. And the sons of Dedan were Asshurim, Letushim, and Leummim. (Genesis 25:1-3)
Merchants with Young Lions
So
this only leaves the merchants of Tarshish (and all of their young
lions). The bible tells us who or what these merchants are or do.
For
the king’s ships went to Tarshish with the servants of Hiram. Once
every three years the merchant ships came, bringing gold, silver, ivory,
apes, and monkeys. (2 Chronicles 9:21)
The ships of Tarshish were carriers of your merchandise. You were filled and very glorious in the midst of the seas. (Ezekiel 27:25)
In this instance, since the merchants and the lions are mere opportunistic onlookers (Ezekiel 38:13) and do not directly get involved in the battle, their absolute locale is not an issue. Their presence is as opportunistic scavengers. Looting along with others. Thirsty for the bloody scraps that have fallen from the table.
The bible does give us a reference that lets us know that Jonah and a ship’s captain knew exactly where it was and that Jonah felt it was far enough away that he could run from the presence of the Lord.
But Jonah arose to flee to
Tarshish from the presence of the Lord. He went down to Joppa, and found
a ship going to Tarshish; so he paid the fare, and went down into it,
to go with them to Tarshish from the presence of the Lord. (Jonah 1:3)
We know that Israel has found oil just off their shores. This has set the wheels in motion for Israel to increase in fortune; allowing them to become a prosperous nation. The target of ‘Great Plunder’ in Ezekiel’s war.
I challenge all Peoples and Nations to Stand with Israel and be the Jawbone and not the Ass.
